the future doesn't scare me

A Fanlisting
A fanlisting is a group of people who like something; ie a group of people who like Wolves. All a fanlisting is is a list of fans to do with that particular person, item, or object; it joins together people with similar interests.

Kingdom Hearts
Is a game developed by Square Enix, released back in 2002, with the originally doubtful combination of Final Fantasy and Disney characters, which eventually proved to be successfully enough that, to date, there are five current games in the series. Sora is a normal fourteen year old boy, living on an island of solitude with his friends Riku and Kairi. That is, until he obtains the keyblade, then travels around alternate disney-worlds with his friends Donald & Goofy to seal the keyholes there, and to rescue his childhood friend, Kairi. And also, to learn more about the sinister plot Ansem has with the heartless along the way.

The ost
Is the soundtrack to the first Kingdom Hearts game. This is all the songs, such as Hikari, Simple and Clean, Dearly Beloved, Fragments of Sorrow, and so forth. I love all the songs on this soundtrack, and without it the game wouldn't be the game we know. You wouldn't be moved by Sora's sacrifice, scared by the heartless, or any of that.. It's got the essence for the game and deserves a fanlisting for that.

Why
This OST is one of those soundtracks that really gives the game depth and it's essential essence. Whilst I love the games themselves, without the music and the skill that goes into it, it wouldn't be the same games that as a fan, I have come to love. Especially the dark and sinister sequences. I love all the songs on the OST, and can listen to it over and over and never get bored.

At Heaven's Gates
I have, literally, no idea why I called this fanlisting that. I guess, mainly, since I was listening to 'Edge of Heaven' by Ace of Base at the time, and had used the name on a Sora icon I had made for livejournal. Either way, I thought it sounded rather good, so I used it for the soundtrack, since, at times, some of the pieces sound 'heavenly'.
